Retention periods: Contact enquiries not resulting in engagement are retained for 12 months. Matter files for completed engagements are retained for 7 years from the conclusion of the matter, in accordance with professional obligations under Thai law. Website technical logs are retained for 90 days.

Sharing with third parties: We do not sell personal information. We share information with third parties only where necessary to carry out your matter (for example, communicating with a government authority or coordinating with a foreign legal practitioner on your behalf) or where required by law. Marketing: We do not send unsolicited marketing communications. If you have made an enquiry, we may follow up once by email or telephone. You may object to any such follow-up at any time.
